Payment
Clients are kindly requested to make payment through bank transfer at the time of booking. If a monthly payment plan is agreed upon, payments will be requested to be paid at the beginning of each new month of your plan. Treatments, plans, and services will only be confirmed once payment is received. Without payment, no treatment, plan or service will be provided. When making online payments, please use your name as the reference.
Cancellations/Refunds
I appreciate your understanding that I do not offer refunds for my services. This policy helps me maintain the quality and consistency of my offerings. If you need to change your appointment time, I will be happy to accommodate you. Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client and ensures you can receive the appointment at a more convenient time.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, I will provide the best possible service within the remaining time, but the appointment will still end at the scheduled time with no fee adjustment.
Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate an appointment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
if the client is under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances
if the client behaves in an abusive, inappropriate or offensive manner
in the case of the very late attendance of the client.
if the client or myself the practitioner become unwell
Under 18's
Currently, I do not work with clients under the age of 18. However, this policy may change as I develop my practice in the future.
Medical Issues
Reiki Energy Healing or Mindfulness are not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients should not discontinue medical treatments or alter prescribed medications without consulting their GP or specialist first.
Personal Information
Personal information such as name and address contact details collected during appointments will be kept strictly confidential and updated as provided by the client.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive personal information shared during appointments will remain confidential, except when its disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to the client or others. Information will be retained for 8 years from the date of the first appointment.
